Terms of service

We are a HESCO Armor Premium Distributor. As a distributor, we service other retailers (our dealer network).  We strive to have the lowest prices on armor in the US, in order to do so we must run very lean on our inventory carrying costs so the majority of our armor selections are on demand basis. What this means is you will always get the lowest price possible and will receive newly manufactured armor. Lead times will vary based on market conditions. Agreeing to these terms you are acknowledging we will ship when the armor is ready and that may include a few weeks lead time. 
Special order and Backorder items are made to order with a typical 30 to 45 day lead time, sometimes longer.
Connecticut and New York residents: AT ARMOR will not sell body armor to Connecticut or New York residents.  Please check CT and NY State Codes.  Individual LE members, to be fair to the Citizens we will follow the state law as it applies to all individuals.  
No sales outside of the US, includes APO.
AT ARMOR Armor Policy
Below is a list of qualifications that customers must meet before purchasing body armor from AT ARMOR. By agreeing to this policy on checkout you are affirming you meet these requirements.

Additionally, each customer must also satisfy one of the following identification requirements: US Citizens 18 years or older. Law abiding adult U.S. Citizens, or those lawfully in the United States, and may lawfully possess and purchase firearms.

All armor sales are final and are not returnable for any reason. Please ensure proper sizing and measurements before placing your order. We reserve the right to decline armor sales and orders for any reason. Orders placed to the manufacturer will be subject to a cancellation charge. The cancellation charge will be 20% of the armor order. By agreeing to the AT Armor terms and policy, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation fee.

Connecticut and New York residents: we will not sell body armor or ballistic helmets to Connecticut or New York residents.

No sales outside of the US, includes APO.

 

We are under no obligation to sell any of its products to any person, and reserve the right to refuse to sell its products to any individual for any reason.


Below are representations and waivers that each individual purchasing any body armor and AT Armor products must agree to before purchasing any products.

  • By agreeing to the website terms and conditons under the penalty of perjury do affirm that:


    1. I am familiar with my current local and state laws pertaining to Body Armor purchase and ownership, and there is no legal restriction against my purchasing or owning Body Armor products.


    2. I am a U.S. citizen, or lawfully in the United States, and may lawfully possess and purchase firearms.


    3. I do not have any history of mental health issues, have not been adjudicated as a mentally defective, and have never been committed to any mental institution.


    4. I am not an unlawful user of any controlled substance (as defined in section 102 of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 802), nor do I intend to use any AT Armor or body armor products in any drug related transactions.

    5. I have never threatened to commit, or committed, any crime of violence with purpose to terrorize another or to cause evacuation of a building, place of assembly or facility of public transportation, or otherwise to cause serious public inconvenience or in reckless disregard of the risk of causing such terror or inconvenience.

    6. I am not a member of, nor do I act for or on behalf of, or operate subject to the direction or control of, a terrorist organization as defined in section 212(a)(3)(B)(vi) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(3)(B)(vi)).

    7. I am not a member of, nor do I act for or on behalf of, or operate subject to the direction or control of, any criminal organization or criminal gang. I am not under indictment for a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding 1 year.

    8. I do not have any felony convictions, nor do I have misdemeanor convictions involving violence in any state, any convictions relating to drug trafficking, or misdemeanor domestic violence convictions.

    9. I have not been convicted or adjudicated as a delinquent for the commission of any serious juvenile offense in any state.

    10. I am the End User of the Body Armor product(s) ordered through this website (AT Armor).

    11. I will not export or resell any Body Armor product(s) ordered through this website.

    12. I will not, and am not planning to, use any Body Armor product(s) for any unlawful purpose.

    14. I consent to allow AT ARMOR to release any information obtained now, or learned at a later time, about me or anything related to my product inquiries and orders, to any state, local, or federal law enforcement agency, if required by law. I understand that my personal information may be released to these agencies at any time, for any reason, and without my knowledge or consent, if required by law. I agree to hold AT Armor harmless from any and all claims, liabilities and costs, including attorney’s fees, as a result of its disclosure of this information.
